ALL OUR HOTELS ARE IN LE MANS – some are actually within walking distance of the circuit. We call ourselves “on site” because that is exactly what we deliver - no coach transfers, no long drives - accommodation where it should be. We offer such wonderfully located hotels as the Emeraude, Campanile Centre, Etap Centre and B&B Arnage.

For 2012, we are holding a variety of OFFICIAL ACO CAMPSITES including Houx and Maison Blanche. These campsites and "lay-bys" are inside the circuit and close to the action.If you require your ow n private VIP camping for a group, please contact reservations.

NEW for 2012 is our Le Mans Dormotel located only 2 km from the circuit with shuttles via the aerodrome for the swiftest of passages to the circuit entrance. Why camp when you can stay at the circuit all night and still get to a comfortable bed quicker than walking back to a campsite?

We also specialise in CHATEAUX accommodation – we offer a totally authentic chateau experience together with gala dinners or even helicopter transfers. Our chateaux are as close as 4 miles away and can usually host up to 16 guests.

Cross channel schedules for 2012

Ferry Cabin & Reclining Seat Supplements & Club Class Channel Travel

For Brittany Ferries, it is mandatory to purchase cabins (if available) for overnight crossings: 

• 4 berth inside cabin - Price guide, £89 each way, cost dependent on choice & availability
• 2 berth inside cabin - Price guide, £69 each way, cost dependent on choice & availability
• Reclining Seat - £5 per seat, each way

For P&O Ferries, the following is available on the Dover-Calais-Dover crossing: 

• P&O Priority Boarding & Disembarkation, £14 per car, each way
• P&O Reserved Club Chair, £12 per person, each way

Similarly, for Eurotunnel, Flexiplus (Club Class) travel is available at £59 each way. FlexiPlus fares are perfect for travellers requiring convenience and flexibility - turn up early or late; you can travel on the next available shuttle.  If you wish to amend your booking you can do so at no extra cost. As a FlexiPlus customer you have use of exclusive Check-in booths and you will be offered the next available departure. With a crossing time of only 35 minutes, Eurotunnel offers the fastest channel crossing. The service operates round the clock, 365 days a year with up to 3 departures an hour during peak periods.

CIRCUIT ACCESS

The new Le Mans tramway opened in November 2007 and has made a huge difference to the amount of traffic in and around the circuit. The tramway provides a very convenient, inexpensive means to access the circuit at Antares. The majority of our hotels are within walking distance of a tramway stop. PRIVATE FLIGHTS INTO LE MANS

If your time is short, how about flying in Saturday morning and out Sunday afternoon? Our Piper Chieftain can fly to Le Mans from Shoreham in under an hour. The flight could carry either 7 adults with light luggage (5 kg each) or 6 passengers with moderate luggage (15kg each) Our smaller aircraft, the Piper Seneca could carry 3 adults with luggage (15kg each) All shuttles are included and hotel accommodation is provided 3km from the circuit.
