We have an answer....our NEW Dormotel concept
Our latest accommodation facility can accommodate a total of 80 guests. It is located between the circuit and the town and is only 2km from the circuit. It is close to the Ibis Hotel Est Pontlieue (0.8km) and close to the large Carrefour Supermarket (1km) which is where you would catch the tram to the circuit or the town (tramway stop Glonnieres) Tramway Map
The entire facility will be run and managed by On Site Events and therefore we can offer a good deal of flexibility to teams, sponsors, groups and individuals.
The accommodation is over two floors with bathroom facilities on each floor. There are a total of 14 rooms ranging from rooms with 2 beds to rooms with 10 beds. Each room is bright, spacious and very recently renovated.
There are wardrobes with locks, window curtains / shutters and a private light above each bed. A pillow and duvet is included and more than one room key could, if required, be made available. The excellent bathrooms are to be found close by on each corridor. There are spacious, private cubicle showers, sinks and toilet facilities. On the ground floor, there is the dining hall for breakfast. This area can also be used for additional catering if required and also as a R&R facility.

The basic price includes Dormotel accommodation for 3 nights, Friday-Monday and Dormotel car parking. Under occupancy rates available subject to availability. Rooms with 1, 2 5, 6, 7 or 10 beds require a minimum 3 night stay; rooms with 4 and 3 beds are available for a 2 night minimum stay.
All usual channel crossings, rail or flight options can be added to this accommodation. Supplemental options are all available for your comfort and comprise of the following:
- Sshuttle service using the road inside the airport perimeter fence - it is the fastest access to thet main entrance of the circuit and gives you direct access to the grandstands.
- Private On Site Events car park at the airport with shuttles to the main circuit
- Breakfast
- Daily Room Service
