As with all our events, On Site Events provide a precise service to any group wishing to travel with us to the 2007 Rugby World Cup. Every group purchasing a full travel tour will be escorted with a dedicated tour manager who is there to allow you to derive maximum value and enjoyment from the tour.
All our tours are crafted, bespoke tours - you are the client, you should have the package that suits your guests. We are happy to provide the whole package or any component on its' own.
We have access to a number of seats on return Eurostar trains for key matches in Paris. We are also able to provide bespoke options on small, private jets to any destination in France. Other travel methods, such as scheduled air travel or even self-drive, are also all available.
We are able to offer a variety of central hotel options around the Rugby World Cup. Enquiries are dealt with on a bespoke basis and a proposal is sent based on each specific quote. The prices for hotels are fixed and the rates can be confirmed at the time of booking. The process works like this:
- Enquiry made and non binding quote given
- If confirmed a binding booking form is signed
- Non-refundable deposit paid (amount depending on time of booking)
- Balance payable in April 2007
A minimum number of nights are only applicable for the Semi-Finals and Final where there is a minimum 2 night stay. Most other bookings can be made on a one night basis.
