Odalys Campus, Le Mans Centre

 

We are very pleased to offer a new accommodation option for the centre of Le Mans. The Odalys Campus is very centrally located on Rue Pasteur which is only 250 metres from Republique. The Parade, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance as are tram way stops.

This new property opened in September 2020 and is normally used as student accommodation. Studios are either 17m² or 19m² and have a small kitchen and en-suite bathroom with shower. Each studio has a double bed measuring 120x200cm. The studios do not have a TV and the kitchens are not equipped with a kettle, coffee maker or dishwasher. There is daily housekeeping. Breakfast is also available in the Odalys Apart'hotel opposite at a rate of £15 per person, per day.

Limited car parking is available at a supplement of £12 per day; public car parking is available at the Republique Car Park where reasonable rates can be found.
